Risk Factors of Injury Severity Level in Foreign Tourists Visiting Bali

Background: Injuries are the highest cause of death for international tourists, especially injuries caused by traffic accidents. The severity level injury is most death. It necessary to analyze risk factor among travelers visiting Bali. Purpose: This study aimed investigate factors in foreign tourists Methods: cross-sectional analytic used an hospital Bali as research sample. was conducted analyzing medical records using Injury Severity Score. Data on respondent characteristics, including age, gender, and location, type injury, degree severity, mechanism, were analyzed cross-tabulation. Results: types trauma closed fractures, 49 people (45.4%), common causes accidents, namely 39 (36.1%) people. Based region, lower Extremity 36 (33.3%) mostly. Conclusion: Age, mechanism accident significant influencing (p<0.05).
